Michaele’s information technology leadership spans multiple industries in all technical capacities, including software, manufacturing, finance & retail. She passionately establishes simple, effective technology strategies to align with business objectives and the voice of the customer. She delivers solid foundations upon which digital product solutions and services are deployed. Not only has Michaele excelled as a strategic and visionary technology leader within Fortune 500 enterprises, she co-owned a US national hardware service company, an angel investment company and worked for a blockchain startup in Silicon Valley. Her experience managing large IT operational and development budgets and large global organizations earned her the companies highest engagement scores during her leadership.
Both a collaborator and a motivator, she works with clients to establish & advocate an enterprise technology vision for stakeholders to understand and own. Michaele mentors and develops IT leaders and creates highly functional IT organizations that are tightly aligned to corporate objectives.
Michaele provides her leadership and technical expertise to clients of all types and in a wide range of technical capabilities, from creating foundational architecture, stabilizing existing technical operations to leading critical technology transformation.
Her leadership experience in CSAA Insurance Group, Sun Microsystems, and KPMG helped her to develop the consultative capability to support CIOs2GO clients at all stages.
Michaele has been publicly recognized with several leadership awards from Information Age, the San Francisco Business Times & the Digital Insurance Group.
She was an active board member for the International House at the University of California at Berkeley for a total of 14 years, chairing the Technology Committee during much of her tenure there. She also served on the Board of the San Francisco Magic Theater for 2 years as the Chair of the Development Committee. Since 2006, she has held most leadership roles for the Peninsula League and is currently serving as the ongoing Technology & Webmaster Chair.
Michaele received a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Denver in Quantitative Methods & Statistics. Dedicated to professional and community activities, she is Technology & Webmaster Chair of the Peninsula League, Technology Committee member of International House, UC Berkeley and Chair of Development Committee for the San Francisco Magic Theatre.
